Shopping for parents.
It’s almost my mom’s 50th birthday, and as her lovely daughter. I began shopping for her birthday gift. But please assure me that this is common. Every year you save some money and buy her an overly extravagant gift (well what you consider extravagant, due to your measly budget). But when she opens it, she’ll be like “OH WOW!” and “Exactly what I wanted”...
